Teamed up with the beautiful studio & instructors at FRAME, Bianca, your My Social Sister Self Empowerment Coach who specialises in Intentional Living and alignment, offers a dynamic blend of weekly group reformer Pilates classes, live coaching sessions, matcha meetups, supportive community engagement, and more!

Program Details

My Social Sister Coaching Calls: Every Monday, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM 

Pilates Classes (Morning Group): Every Tuesday & Thursday 7:30 AM 

Pilates Group (Evening Group): Every Tuesday & Thursday 7:30 PM

Duration: 12 Weeks

Start Date: Monday 1st April 2024

End Date: Monday 24th June 2024

The program will be available for 8 women, and includes:

🤎 8 Frame Classes per month (2 a week split into two groups)

🤎 4 1 Hour Zoom Call per month (1 a week)

🤎 1 Meet Up at HOST per month (last weekend of each month so 3 in total)
