Welcome to Sunday Steps – our FREE TO ATTEND matcha meet-up, coffee catch up, women's walk & talk now spreading its wings to Devon!
Where - Along the seafront starting from soak lifestyle across to Abbey park gardens and back down across to the seafront to walk down towards the harbour and back to soak lifestyle cafe
Walk Leader - Paulette, of mindsetandwellbeingwithp based in Devon.  Paulette is a women’s circle facilitator & wellbeing advocate. She is passionate about women’s wellbeing and creating safe spaces to support women in reframing their vulnerabilities as a conduit for strength.  Bringing women together through sacred seasons circles, nature walks, monthly workshops, online self paced courses & retreats.
Meet up location: Soak lifestyle, torre abbey beach, Torbay road, TQ2 5DG
Time: 10am - 12noon
Walking time - Approx 60- 90 minutesÂ
Join us for a refreshing start to your Sunday as we gather to celebrate women, connection & good coffee/matcha's. Whether you come solo, with family, friends, furry companions, or accompanied by little ones (in prams only please), you are welcome.
This gathering is free of charge and open to anyone who identifies as a woman.
Sunday Steps Manchester will be monthly starting 10am as of Sunday June 2nd, 2024.
Together, we walk, we talk, and we uplift each other, nurturing a supportive environment where women can meet, inspire, and empower one another. Let's start our new months with intention and end the week on a high note.
