Liverpool Sefton Park - Sunday Steps

Welcome to Sunday Steps – our FREE TO ATTEND matcha meet-up, coffee catch up, women's walk & talk now spreading its wings to Liverpool Sefton Park in collaboration with Laura Hawkins aka Laura Lifts.

Walk Leader - Laura Hawkins, also known on social media platforms as Laura Lifts, A spiritual life & mindset coach, podcaster & yoga teacher.   Laura’s mission is to coach ambitious, heart lead women to transform their life & mindset. Through a combination of subconscious reprogramming & divine feminine healing so they can Lift themselves to their full potential.

Meet up location: Press Bros Coffee

Route - We will walk into Sefton Park from Lark Lane on to a lap around the pond, towards the Palm House then the Fairy Glen & up towards St Hilda’s School  and back.

Walking time - Approx 60 minutes 

Join us for a refreshing start to your Sunday as we gather to celebrate women, connection & good coffee/matcha's. Whether you come solo, with family, friends, furry companions, or accompanied by little ones (in prams only please), you are welcome.

This gathering is free of charge and open to anyone who identifies as a woman.

Together, we walk, we talk, and we uplift each other, nurturing a supportive environment where women can meet, inspire, and empower one another. Let's start our new months with intention and end the week on a high note.
