Newcastle - Sunday Steps

Welcome to Sunday Steps – our FREE TO ATTEND matcha meet-up, coffee catch up, women's walk & talk now spreading its wings to Newcastle in collaboration with Helen of 'Wellness Effect'

Walk Leader - Helen who is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and started Wellness Effect after going through her own health journey. She is passionate about helping women to heal themselves through food, rest, movement and connection. She's from Belfast and has lived in Newcastle for several years, she's a Virgo, loves lifting weights, being in nature, sunshine, chai lattes and meeting like-minded women.

Meeting point: One Kitchen and Social, 229 Jesmond Rd, Jesmond, NE2 1LA - parking is available.

Route: We will meet at One Kitchen and Social then head across Armstrong Bridge into Jesmond Dene. We'll walk past Pet's Corner and up to Jesmond Dene Falls then turn back and head back along Red Walk, finishing at One Kitchen and Social.

Join us for a refreshing start to your Sunday as we gather to celebrate women, connection & good coffee/matcha's. 

Whether you come solo, with family, friends, furry companions, or accompanied by little ones (in prams only please), you are welcome.

This gathering is free of charge and open to anyone who identifies as a woman. 

Together, we walk, we talk, and we uplift each other, nurturing a supportive environment where women can meet, inspire, and empower one another. Let's start our new months with intention and end the week on a high note.
