225g or 450g Block of Ecuadorian Ceremonial Grade Cacao, lovingly prepared and sealed in hand stamped eco-packaging.


Revered for over 5,000 years, this heirloom cacao is a truly ancient variety of our sacred plant medicine, harvested with love by indigenous Quechua families in the Amazonian region of Tena!


From seed to ceremony, we work with a supplier from indigenous communities, organic co-operatives, and family-run businesses, while investing upwards of 40% of the profits back into indigenous community projects.


Below are the dosage options:

❤️10g - 15g: Daily Heart Opener 

⭐30g - 35g: Ceremonial Dose


Heat up a plant based milk, water or coconut water - I usually use Oat or Coconut, Milk, add in your cacao which you have already weighed out and chopped up into small shaving like pieces. 

Then dependant on taste you can add something to make it sweeter! Agave Syrup, Honey etc - just be sure it is organic and ethically sourced too ensure the purity of your Cacao. 


Use a hand whisk to mix the ingredients together (you can also use a blender if you prefer a smoother texture), adding air into the mixture too - at this point set your intentions for the Cacao...imbue your elixir with intention, love and gratitude!
