Attending the retreat was by far the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I was slightly apprehensive before going as I had zero clue what to expect but after arriving I instantly felt at ease.

It was such a good atmosphere full of genuine warm people who just wanted to relax and support one another. The food was incredible the accommodation was gorgeous I just loved the whole thing from start to finish.

It was planned to perfection and I came away feeling so calm whilst also feeling excited and recharged.

I was so relaxed throughout the whole weekend and felt really connected and calm after the lovely wholesome weekend with amazing women. Thanks very much xx

The retreat completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish. From the moment I got there felt totally supported and welcome. The sessions, surroundings, food, organisers were 5 star! It was lovely to be with other like minded people…would highly recommend one of these retreats to anyone! Thank you so much for a amazing weekend 🤍

I felt like I didn’t know how to breathe but came away relaxing my jaw and learning to breathe again I think next time I would be more open than I was this time as my confidence isn’t so good whilst talkin about myself but I think I would know it’s ok to talk more next time ❤️

What a beautiful way to connect with others and yourself.

Even as a solo person on the trip, I felt welcomed by everyone, I came away feeling wonderfully connected with the other women in the group, having made new friends and new connections.

The yoga and women's circles helped me to feel more connected to my body and mind, allowing me to spend time on myself I wouldn't find normally. Set in a beautiful location, the food was exquisite and the company even better.
