The sacral chakra is the second of the seven chakras. It is said to form between the ages of 8 and 14. At this age, we begin to develop our own sense of self. This encompasses how we perceive loyalty, trust, relationships, and fear. It is also the start of our own spiritual understanding.
Located just below the navel, the sacral chakra is the center of emotions, feelings and stimulates pleasure. When blocked or unbalanced it can cause feelings of fear, depression, emotional instability. When in perfect alignment you will be full of creativity, movement, desire and passion.

Turn the radio on and dance! This is a simple and effective way to help shift any blocks in your sacral chakra.

Using rose, yang ylang and sandalwood will help you to restore and reconnect with your creativity and passion. Using these scents will encourage you to find your own emotional strength.
