What is your return policy?
Not obsessed with your order? You may simply return your items (excluding sale items) for store credit or an exchange within 30 days of shipment through our returns team: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your order details and shipping information.
Can I cancel my order?
We get it! If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer relations team at email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will try to cancel your order before it ships.
I received a damaged item in my order, what should I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that your item(s) arrived in a damaged state upon arrival. No need to worry however, our team is happy to help! Please send an image of the damaged/unworn item(s) included in your order over to our customer relations team at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
