Mindfulness for Beginners Want to try mindfulness meditation but not sure where to begin? We'll show you how to start, feel better, reduce your stress, and enjoy life a little more. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice daily! Find your inner peace is an online 4-week group coaching programme designed to support you on the beginning of your mindful journey and falling in love with the little things, the present moment. Together, in Sisterhood, you will learn the answer to the question, “What is Mindfulness?”, insight into the concepts mindfulness encompasses and it's roots in Buddhism, along with exposing you to research that proves the benefits of mindfulness and meditation in supporting and reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety and more. 4 weeks and 4 PILLARS 1. Calming the mind, the power of informal and formal mindfulness 2. Embodying a mindful presence, exploring and nourishing the senses, cultivating presence and connection 3. How to mindfully connect and comfortably welcome your emotions 4. Practicing love and compassion for the self, others and the environment Expect to receive: • 4h of live coaching (60min weekly calls) • A private FB group with daily support and motivation • The power of the supportive sisterhood • 10% off the MSS events of the month of April • Downloadable weekly workbook
